WHAT WE DO
Youth Mental Health and Career Assitance® (YMCA) stands by, for, and with young people.
By 2025, young people will gets the mental health support they need, when they need it, access more and better economic opportunities, and benefit from systems that are more youth inclusive and responsive.
Entrepreneurship Center
Entrepreneurship center covers the conception, design, organization, and management of new enterprises. This center is designed to take youth from opportunity identification through launch, growth, financing and profitability. With guidance from professors, along with insights from current coachs, students will develop an entrepreneurial mindset and hone the skills they need to develop a new enterprise with potential for growth and funding, or to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within an existing organization.
Youth Mental Wellness Hub Project
The Youth Mental Wellness Hub Project is dedicated to mental health promotion, and the prevention and early intervention in mental health difficulties and mental illnesses of children and young people.
In addition, the team works on strategies which enhance the general wellbeing of the population.
DAF
(Donor Advised Fund)
A donor advised fund (DAF), which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Pathfinder International and other qualified charities. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.
Mindshift Program
Mindshift Program offers a range of full-time and part-time internship abroad opportunities for students. With internships spanning a diversity of fields — from public policy to the arts, business administration to marketing. Youth will develop the skills they need to succeed in the next steps of career.
Prevention Program

The Prevention Program is designed to engage youth through a series of Youth Justice presentations and workshops by notable law enforcement officers, educators and community organizers.This program will create a forum whereby information will be shared on lessons learned and opportunities to support youth involved in both guns, gangs and drugs and the criminal justice.
